Instrumentation and control engineering is a branch of engineering that studies the measurement and control of process variables, and the design and implementation of systems that incorporate them.
- Instrumentation and Controls – Measurement, Indication and Control of process variables within a production or manufacturing area.
- Instrumentation and Controls - Responsible for integrating the sensors with the transmitters, recorders, displays & further communication with Control Systems.
- Instrumentation discipline is part of multi-discipline engineering team, involved in complete Project Life Cycle (i.e. Engineering, Construction and Commissioning) and also interface with Operator / Clients / System Vendors and Package Vendors.
